Michael designed a comprehensive sales and marketing system which resulted in lifting sales from $15,000 monthly to $250,000 monthly in just 90 days. This required a complete reorganization of the current company staff and sales force. Michael recruited and trained 8 sales managers, each with a team of Field Sales Reps (FSR) totaling 30. They traveled from city to city around the USA every 60 days. In the home office, Michael recruited and trained an inside telemarketing manager and 20 telemarketers. They were hired to set and confirm appointments for all of the FSR’s daily sales meetings at hundreds of medium to large sales organizations to purchase seminar tickets. Michael’s FSR system is still being used successfully today by the company.

Michael consulted in the life insurance business where he opened new distribution channels across the US for a client company’s new product for charities. Within 120 days of initial start of the contract, Michael recruited over 100 agents. Approximately, half of these agents were labeled “Top of the Table”, the most exclusive agents in the world with earnings at a minimum of $400,000 to $6,000,000+ annually. The impact of Michael’s training and motivating of this sales force, to sell the product, resulted in over $259,000,000 in life insurance cases in the pipeline with APS and parameds completed. Additionally, $111,000,000 was achieved in the underwriting process and $43,000,000 in new applications. This volume was submitted to the Coventry program where a net $162,000,000 was closed. The bottom line results tallied at over $7,500,000 in profits split between the parties.
Michael’s ability to help his clients attain their financial goals was demonstrated again by helping one individual earn $500,000 in profit by the sale of several life insurance policies and replacing them with a new low cost one. All of this insurance sales and business development work resulted in Michael being a top performer in a 125 year old industry. His income ranked in the top one-tenth of one percent of all 3.3 million life insurance agents in the world.
Michael recruited a new, elite sales team of life insurance agents and large general agents for his own company. Michael helped them sell to their wealthy, senior clients a combined $120,000,000+ of large life insurance policy which delivered over $4,800,000 in profits. These profits were split between the agents, the general agents, the owners of the policy and Michael for his work in orchestrating and closing the transactions on behalf of his multiple buyer banking clients.
During the time Michael consulted with this company he increased sales of home-based internet business’ product. The company went from $25,000 to $325,000 weekly. Michael designed a comprehensive company turnaround plan and implemented it nationwide.
The plan involved restructuring the products being offered. Then introducing marketing materials throughout the selling cycle. Part of the plan was to redefine new very detailed performance job descriptions for maximum staff accountability. Once this was done nonperforming sales reps were fired. Then new sales reps were hired for inside sales telemarketing, outside on-site sales reps and a train-the-trainer program for the seminar speakers. This substantial restructuring increased sales, stemming from Michael’s leadership talents, which were seen in as few as 6 weeks and added gross sales of $5,000,000 to the firm’s revenues.
As a Partner, Michael worked for this start-up company in a home-based business. Michael developed most of the sales, marketing, finance, legal and MIS functions for the company. The business grew fast by developing new sales rep training and systems for the direct mail budgets of $300,000+ a month. The result generated $7,000,000 annual sales at net profits over 18%.

Michael was responsible for hiring, training and motivating sales personnel to integrate telemarketing appointment setting systems to exceed established goals. Michael’s teams increased seminar size from 400 to 1800 attendees, while raising prices 25%.
Michael created a new duplicable Field Sales Rep. business model, which he implemented nationwide, to outperform past sales records.
While in charge of On-Premise sales for NOHO’s expanding USA sales force, Michael was responsible for growing a number of high image, high volume accounts in select geographical markets.
